High Rise Concrete Carpenters

High Rise Concrete Carpenters

Reach for the sky with Local Union 212! The High-Rise Concrete Carpenters of Local Union 212 build New York City's sky scrapers, also known as high rise buildings. You will learn to use the tools of the trade to construct the forms that shape concrete into part of a building or superstructure.

Our members love the outdoors, and we work in all elements - rain or shine, hot or cold. Most of the work you will be performing takes place in the open air, and is done all year around.

You will be at the cutting edge of your industry as you learn techniques and embrace new systems to complete your work safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.  Achieve new heights as a 212 member and enjoy the great views as you will be working way above street level; often hundreds of feet above the ground.

Cement your future and build a solid career doing rewarding work that will serve as a monument to your success.  Join a union that is as colorful and diverse as the city itself as we transform this iconic skyline.
