Members are permitted to take eligible courses from approved outside providers. Members may upload documentation of their completion of a course here. This information will be shared with the Out of Work List (OWL) and the Training Center. Upon approval, your certificate will be visible on your Training Verification Card (TVC) and the appropriate CITF skill code will be added to your record for job referrals.
