Creating Your Account for the UBC Mobile App

Training Verification Card (TVC Card)

NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2025, the CITF has eliminated physical Training Verification Cards (TVCs). The TVC card will now be digital, with the move to a digital curriculum, members will now access training materials and TVC information through the UBC Member Portal. This transition will streamline the process and provide easier access to training records. *Existing physical TVCs will remain valid until they are lost or damaged.

All members should download the UBC Mobile app to access your TVC card, timecard and LMS (Learning Management System) for ebooks.
