A Q&A show hosted by the NYCDCC Training Center's Director Jim Hayes, featured Julian Vasquez of Local 926, a fourth-year apprentice who came in through the pre-apprenticeship program Building Works. He shared with students in Building Works his real-life union experience, gave tips and tricks to succeed as a union carpenter, and talked about the ways the union has benefited his life.
