To obtain a replacement SST card, please contact the office at 212-727-2224, or email sst@nycdcctc.org. The front desk is able to assist with in-person SST card replacement requests M-F, 9AM-5PM.

Please note that we are unable to replace SST cards issued by 3rd-party course providers.
